These Terms govern your use of Career by Junagal ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Add your registered business details in environment variables before production launch.
2. Eligibility and Account
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for account security and activity under your account.
- You must promptly notify us of unauthorized use.
3. Service Scope
The Service provides tools for CV organization, job description analysis, tailored CV generation, and export workflows. We may add, remove, or modify features over time.
4. AI Output and User Responsibility
- AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated content before use.
- You must not submit misleading, false, or unlawful application materials.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, infringing, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the Service, bypass limits, or gain unauthorized access.
- Do not upload data you do not have rights to process.
6. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation
Paid plan summary: GBP 15 / month, billed monthly in advance, auto-renewing until canceled.
- Paid plans renew automatically until canceled.
- Billing is processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms.
- Cancellations are managed through Stripe Customer Portal ("Manage Billing").
- If canceled, access remains active through the paid billing period end date.
7. UK Consumer Cancellation Rights
If you are a UK consumer, you may have a statutory 14-day cancellation right for distance contracts. During checkout we ask you to request immediate access. If you cancel within the cooling-off window after service has started, we may deduct a proportionate amount for service already supplied, where law permits.
Your statutory rights under applicable consumer law are not excluded or limited by these Terms.
8. Refunds
Refund handling is described in our Refund Policy. In summary, we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing-period usage. Refunds are issued only for verified billing errors.
9. User Content and License
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, design, and branding (excluding your submitted content), is owned by Junagal and protected by intellectual property laws.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Junagal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Service.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, unlawful activity, abuse, or security risks.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory local consumer law applies.
